What we do

Inoviv’s mission is to generate novel molecular insights that transform drug development and healthcare globally. Considering that 60% of therapeutics don’t work and over 92% of clinical trials fail, the losses to the patient and drug development communities are staggering. Inoviv is changing the landscape with our novel proteomics solutions, effectively translating discovery findings to actionable targeted assays, applicable in clinical trial settings. We do this by using our unique ability to rapidly develop novel quantitative assays in regulated environments at low to high-plex, providing a unique molecular signature of each patient’s disease, using mass spectrometry as our core technology, supporting end-to-end from sample intake, to preparation, to development, to bioinformatics processing. As we work with clients using Inoviv’s proprietary pre-validated panels as well as the development of bespoke multiplexed biomarker offerings, we are reshaping how research into therapeutics is conducted.

As part of our commitment to both your professional and personal development we offer you 2x external coaching sessions each quarter. Because it’s good to have someone outside the company to chat to about your own development.

Remote-first

We are a remote first company, and apart from our fortnightly office Mondays (if you’re in the UK) you can work from home. We come together in person as a full team for our quarterly Away Days.

What I love most about working at Inoviv is our team. Even though we’re a remote-first company and all work from home, you never feel like you’re on your own.
